Monthly Featured Project

Social Responsibility

We have a long standing partnership with Community of Purpose – a Bristol based not for profit social enterprise that transform the lives of young people in the Bristol area. Some of their initiatives we have helped with include:

Bristol Young Heroes Awards

These aim to shine a light on those who have overcome difficult circumstances, made a difference to the lives of others, or achieved something extraordinary. The awards culminate in a special gala awards night for the young people and their family and friends to enjoy

We have sponsored the Environmental Hero Award at BYHA for the past 4 years

Break Free

Break Free is a holiday activity programme that targets holiday hunger by providing high-quality activities and free food for young people aged 8 – 13 across areas with the most need in South Bristol. We are Silver Sponsors, investing £6,000 per annum

Driving Bristol Forward

This was a campaign in 2020 to get 20 Bristol businesses to each donate £1000 to go towards a minibus to enable the young people helped by Break free to get to their activities. We were happy to be part of this

The campaign was repeated in 2023, with businesses donating £2000 each to provide a new electric bus for the same purpose

Caring In Bristol

This is a Bristol based homelessness charity. They have a campaign called Bristol’s Big Christmas Dinner, providing a Christmas Dinner for people who have nowhere else to go. Elmtree provided funding for 20 homeless people to have a dinner with all the trimmings.
