MAINTENANCE SECTOR

We have a bespoke App for our teams to use, which they use to record details of every visit including photos. This can be sent directly to clients and is also used to report any issues that our client should be made aware of, for example graffiti. This is a huge help when our client is not based on site, we act as their eyes and ears to keep them visually up to date with how their site is looking.

Our management team regularly audit sites to ensure the highest standards are adhered to and Audit reports are created. We also measure our KPIs on a monthly basis ensuring we meet the standards our clients expect, these are used to set targets for our teams. Using the same App, these audits can also be sent directly into clients. Even if on the odd occasion our audit does not show a high score, we still send the audits to our client as it demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and high standards.

We continually invest in new machinery and are always looking for better ways of working. We listen to clients’ comments and are continually learning. We thrive off good Client feedback. There is nothing better for us than taking over a contract and having comments from the Client such as “the site hasn’t looked this good in years”.
