Part time Credit Controller Required for Bristol Landscaping Company
Elmtree Garden Contractors are a Bristol based award winning landscaping company carrying out works for the construction and commercial sectors.
Due to our continued growth we are now looking for a part time credit controller, initially for 2 days per week. Days and hours can be flexible to work around school / childcare, work from home is also possible
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Following up on outstanding invoices via email and telephone
- Maintaining customer contact database
- Liaising with customers over queries and disputes, and retaining ownership of those disputes
- Obtaining any additional information from the Financial Controller or Directors that clients may request to enable payment to be made
- Monitoring emails to ensure customer queries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Issue progress reports to the Financial Controller
CANDIDATE
Successful candidates will possess:
- Experience of working in a similar credit control role (desirable)
- Persistence and tenacity
- Strong character
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in their work
- IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in Construction is desirable but not essential
WORKING HOURS: Flexible
SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience, £10ph plus
